  • Please follow the pool rules and use the pool at your own responsibility.
  • Please respect the house as if it were your own.
  • On arrival, please check if any item is missing or any device is not working so it can be fixed immediately.
  • Place the card on the switch next to the door for electricity. When entering, scan the card on the keypad next to the door.
  • When leaving the house, take the card with you. On final departure, leave the magnetic card in the office next to the door.
  • Keep doors and windows closed so the heating/cooling system works properly.
  • If hot water is not sufficient, raise the double switch for 10 minutes on the panel next to the staircase.
  • Use the BBQ outside the yard and place it back inside when finished.
  • Before leaving, lock all doors and windows, send a message and leave the place as you found it.

The three villas are in the same complex and operate the same way. Only the WiFi changes per villa, so the manual stays simple and useful.

Arrival and access
  • Check-in starts at 15:00. Check-out is until 10:00.
  • Scan the magnetic card on the keypad next to the door when entering.
  • Place the card on the switch next to the door to activate electricity.
  • On final departure, leave the magnetic card in the office next to the door.
Comfort inside
  • Keep doors and windows closed while A/C or heating is running.
  • If hot water is not sufficient, raise the double switch for 10 minutes on the panel next to the staircase.
  • Use the kitchen, washing machine, iron, safe and Smart TVs with care.
  • Report any appliance issue immediately through Help Now.
Outdoor area
  • The pool, garden, sunbeds, umbrella and outdoor seating are private for the villa.
  • Follow the pool rules and supervise children at all times.
  • Use the BBQ outside the yard, never leave it unattended while hot, and return it after use.
  • Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
Quiet stay
  • No parties are allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Respect quiet hours and neighbouring villas in the same complex.
  • Cars stay outside the yard; one guest car may stop or park directly in front of the villa entrance.

Air-conditioningKeep doors and windows closed while heating/cooling is operating so the system works correctly.
Hot waterIf hot water is not sufficient, raise the double switch for 10 minutes on the panel next to the staircase.
BBQUse the grill outside the yard and put it back inside after you finish. Never leave it unattended while hot.
